that there is structural gender inequality in the built environment industry
that a more inclusive profession would benefit all those involved
that efforts towards this agenda must be representative of all womxn and address the intersections of gender inequality with other forms of oppression including racism, classism, homophobia and ableism
that efforts need to be rooted in action
we seek to
challenge and disrupt structural gender inequality in the built environment industry
build a supportive and inclusive community for female and non-binary engineers
increase retention of women within the sector
support women returning to the industry
inspire young female and non-binary students to join the industry
amplify the diverse voices of women in the construction industry 
we are
led by a group of female and non binary engineers from the built environment who strive to represent all women in engineering
for all female and non-binary professionals in the built environment
supported by all allies to the cause
we will
research the inequalities that women still face in the industry
raise awareness of gender inequality in the industry through public talks and resources
propose actions to make the profession more equitable
build a strong collective of female and non-binary engineers by creating inclusive spaces for knowledge sharing and socialising  
establish a mentorship programme for female and non-binary engineers in the built environment
tailor existing engineering access workshops to effectively inspire young female and non-binary students to join the industry
platform and promote a diverse range of female and non-binary voices, ensuring that the conversation is intersectional and inclusive
not be silenced
